Gogebic Court REVIEW Marker
Gogebic County publishes an unusual and useful warning about the word “REVIEW.” When either local court search shows REVIEW as the next hearing, the term is an automated internal scheduling marker. It is not, by itself, an in-person hearing, and the county says no appearance is required solely because that word appears.
Do not extend that notice to other docket terms. A summons, arraignment, conference, examination, motion hearing, trial, or sentencing entry can carry duties that depend on an order or notice.
