Gogebic Registry Status Fields
Registry status describes the person’s current standing or Michigan connection. Public terms include Active, Incarcerated, Pending Out of State, Inactive Out of State, Absconder, Homeless, School Only, and Employment Only. “Active” means the person resides in Michigan. “Employment Only” or “School Only” means the reported Michigan link is limited to that activity. “Absconder” reflects the registry authority’s inability to locate the person through its status process.

Michigan Registration Levels and Requirements
